Neighborhood information

 

There are three ways a resident can report sidewalk complaints. 
  1. Dothan.org - (name page on left side)- Citizen Complaints 
  2. Call her direct @ 334-615-3810
  3. Email her at [email protected]
She is okay with us putting her information on the website, she said they are a little over a year behind.  They have two crews working on similar issues and she knows they are heading to the Highlands soon if not already.

Homeowners - If you are making any alterations to your home or yard, (other than spring or fall planting), please fill the AC form and get it to the management company.  Several people have taken down trees and added metal roofs on to homes.  Any metal roofs are not permitted per the covenants. Please read your covenants. Send the AC request to [email protected]

DOGS - Please have your dogs on a leash when walking them or make sure they are in fenced area at ALL times.  If not, the other homeowners have the right to call the pound.  Dothan has a leash law.  Please be mindful of your neighbors.

MAILBOXES - If you need a mailbox or any part of it please contact Tri-State Fence 334-678-0230.  They have them or can order your part.  Dixie Fence 334792-5098

TRAILERS - You cannot park any sort of trailer at your home.  If you are working on a project, you will need to unload the trailer and move it off the property.  Please read your covenants.

Haddington Park - We are getting prices to fix playground equipment.  The homeowners only will have the code. If you need to reserve the Park please fill out the paperwork and send to [email protected]

FISHING LICENSE - You may purchase a license to fish in approved ponds for $3.00 each at 1254 Westgate Parkway in the Century 21 James Grant Office - ask for Carol
